Your role

We are recruiting a Despatch Operator to join our Despatch team based in Manvers, Rotherham.
Cepac in Rotherham is the flagship site within the Group with a second site investment programme planned over the next 1-3 years.

Your main responsibilities will include safe loading and unloading of goods to the next stage of their journey, we have a strong health and safety culture, and you will be asked to play a vital role to achieve quality standards on all work produced to our tight deadlines.

We are looking for individuals that have a valid, in date fork-lift truck licence, can follow procedures, be proactive, problem solve, can work on their own initiative, have a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy, be numerate with good communication and IT skills.

Shift Pattern: Rotating over 3 weeks – nights (10pm-6am), afters (2pm-10pm) and days (6am-2pm).

Required to work overtime on Saturday (6am to 2pm) on the day pattern to cover busy periods and covering for colleagues when required.

Salary: £25,395pa (£12.20ph)
